FIT & STRAP GUIDANCE
The waist strap is adjustable and measures approximately 100–110cm in total when fully extended, including the width of the backpack's back panel. The chest strap is fully adjustable.
For the best fit, please measure around the area where the waist strap will sit before ordering. The 100–110cm measurement is the total pack-and-strap length, not a guaranteed maximum waist size, and usable fit can vary depending on clothing and body shape. If you're unsure, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Yes. TrailDNA products are selected and tested for mountain biking, including demanding trail and bike-park conditions. Always use each product according to its intended purpose and instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow approximately 3–7 working days from placing your order. UK delivery costs £4.99 for orders below £40 and is free for orders of £40 or more.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, simply contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund right away.
