TrailDNA Shipping Policy
UK Shipping
TrailDNA currently delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery Service and Times
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 48.
Following dispatch, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days. Customers should therefore allow approximately 3–7 working days from placing an order for it to arrive.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays, severe weather, public holidays or unusually busy periods.
Delivery Charges
Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 for orders below £40.
Standard UK delivery is free for orders of £40 or more. The free-delivery discount is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying order value is reached.
The delivery charge and final order total will always be displayed before the customer completes payment.
Dispatch and Tracking
Customers will receive a dispatch-confirmation email when their order has been sent. Tracking information will be included where it is available for the delivery service used.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to us.
Customers should contact info@trail-dna.com as soon as possible if they notice an error in their delivery information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within seven working days of receiving the dispatch-confirmation email, please contact info@trail-dna.com with the order number.
We will check the delivery information and work with Royal Mail to investigate the delay or missing parcel.
Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, customers should email info@trail-dna.com with their order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
