TrailDNA – Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
TrailDNA currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location within the UK. Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically.
5. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. TrailDNA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@trail-dna.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue; however, delays caused by courier services are outside of our control.
8. Delivery Issues
If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds for undeliverable orders will exclude original shipping costs.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. We will review the case and arrange a replacement when applicable.
